The Brooklyn Nets take on the Miami Heat tomorrow at 8pm on ESPN. This is a big eastern conference game for them as they have yet to beat the Heat this season. They are right behind the Knicks in the standings as the Nets are 27-18 and the Knicks are 27-15 so a win tomorrow could be vital for playoff seeding. One thing I would like to see is for Deron Williams to become relevant again because even though he has put up solid numbers this season with 17.1 PPG and 7.8 APG opposed to his 21 PPG and 8.1 APG last year. This could be a game for him to break out in and show that he hasn't lost his step just an off season so far. Also they should get Brook Lopez involved as much as possible as low post defense is a bit of a weakness for the Heat. Side note, Lopez was definitely an All-Star snub. Obviously DEFENSE should be there biggest concern but NBA players tend to take some plays off on that side of the ball so we will see. Anyway the Knicks are also on tomorrow night with a game against the Magic, hopefully there is no let down there and the Knicks continue to build off of their big win against the Hawks. Keep feeding Melo and good things will come.
