2013 has been a pretty legendary year in hip-hop, in my opinion at least. Kanye West, J. Cole, Mac Miller, Wale, and Jay-Z all released albums within 3 weeks of eachother, Kendrick Lamar, in layman's terms, made rap exciting again, Drake had another platinum album (this time in a month), and Chance The Rapper sprouted out of basically no where to become one of the biggest MCs of the year.
