1.) Claimed to wake up at 2 a.m. to bring in a portable fan from his balcony and close the sliding doors.
2.) Said he heard a noise in the bathroom and believed it to be an intruder who climbed in through an open bathroom window.. was "too scared to turn the lights on".
3.) Dragged himself towards bathroom while screaming at intruder to get out
4.) Entered the bathroom, saw window was open and heard noise come from inside the toiler door.. proceeded to fire shots through the toilet door and shouted at Reeva to call the police.
5.) Inside the toilet Reeva was struck by three bullets
6.) When he returned to his bed he realized Reeva was not in bed, and that it could have been her in the toilet, he proceeded to put on his prosthetic legs.
7.) Picked up cricket bat laying in the bed room
8.) Used the bat to break down toilet door
9.) Stated that "Reeva was slumped over but still alive" as he called for help
10.) He then carried Reeva downstairs and stated "She died in my arms"
