Nets Lose Early Lead
Nets got off to a hot start against the ageless wonders, San Antonio Spurs. After leading 35-25 after one, and up 6 at half, they got outscored 60-29 in the second half to lose 111-86. Tony Parker was the star of the night pouring in 29 points and dishing out 11 assists. Johnson had 19 and Lopez had 18 for the Nets. Besides the first half no Brooklyn Net played well in this game as they were completely outplayed in the second half. So maybe the possible trade of Humpries for Gordon is looking pretty good after all. I mean the Nets have dropped six of their last nine, after starting off hot under new coach P.J. Carlisemo. I think it's time for the Front Office to make a move because surely the Nets will make the playoffs but with the roster as it is now I cannot see them making a run in the playoffs. Nets fans leave your thoughts on the loss and what the Nets should do about their team going forward.
