Just saw WFAN Sports tweet that there are discussions of Kris Humphries-Kardashian in a possible trade with the Bobcats for Ben Gordon. Although I make fun of Humphries I really like his game. I think he is a grinder on the boards, plays solid defense, and the occasional good offense. But everything comes down to numbers and they never lie. His numbers are way down this year to 6 PPG and 6.4 RPG from 13.8 PPG and 11 RPG last year. Although his MPG are down, his field goal percentage is down noticeably too. My only problem with this trade is that in this league you need a solid 4 big men to keep rotation and moving Humphries would leave only Blatche, Evans, and Lopez. So there is a number of different ways to look at it. Gordon's PPG is around the same as usual, same with his field goal percentage. I think this trade can only help the Nets and not hurt them so why not make the move. Add some depth to your guards to give your stars a little more rest. Leave your comments with your thoughts.
