Discussion: Clowney To Sit or Not?

Saw this discussion on PTI/Sportscenter last night about whether top NCAA prospect Defensive End Jadaveon Clowney from South Carolina should sit his junior and upcoming season and prepare for the draft instead. I think it would be foolish for Clowney to sit because I always believe you have to finish what you started even if you only stay for 3 years. Leaving now would be hanging your teammates out to dry for next season. You are the team's best player and best hope at getting to a national championship. Also not everyone of your teammates will go to the NFL so don't ruin their college careers but your selfish decision to skip a year for the NFL. Plus it is not like Clowney's game is completely polished an extra year in the SEC can only benefit you in your develop as a player for the NFL, barring an injury god forbid. Side note, not many people can say they were top recruit out of high school and top prospect out of college, pretty impressive if Clowney does so. So please leave your thoughts on what Clowney should do next season...I say playing can't hurt unless there is an injury.
