All-Star Weekend Update

Although it is not over I just thought I'd comment on how much of a snooze show this NBA All-Star weekend is. Dunk contest was not very good minus a few dunks here and there but that is expected. 3 point contest was good, Kyrie showed he's definitely a sharp shooter, but that contest doesn't really bring the excitement. The Skills Challenge I feel is never taken seriously and is half-assed. Don't get me started on the Shooting Stars because WNBA is apart of that...enough said. But my point is that if the real stars of each of these contests do not start participating, All-Star weekend will continue to go down hill. I blogged about this before, when I made my terrible predictions, that how crazy would it be for a Blake Griffin, Russell Westbrook, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and whoever else they want to throw in there. Some of the best Dunk competitions ever were with stars, cough cough Jordan vs. Dominique?? Anyway this is the only highlight I actually enjoyed of this weekend so far maybe they'll be more tonight. I know Kyrie is a Dookie but I don't care I love this guy...Jersey Pride.
