Hafner Could Go to the Yanks

Per MLB Trade Rumors, Travis Hafner is in talks with the New York Yankees and supposedly could be close to a deal. Hafner is a lefty and plays 1st Base but its mainly used as a designated hitter. Thought Hafner's best days could be behind him a think as a lefty in Yankee stadium his career could take a turn for the better. I wouldn't put him in the lineup against lefties at all but against righties for his career has hit .287 which is pretty solid. If we can get him for the right price I don't see why not make a deal, could fill in Ibanez's role in the lineup at the DH position and could maybe, possibly give Tex a few days off like Swisher used to.
